A custom order is an order for a product we don't stock. For example, ring sizes which are different to the one or two sizes we carry. We require up-front payment for custom orders and we cannot accept returns on custom products. When you place a custom order, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm details such as size and lead time, which is typically 1-2 months (yes it’s a wee while but we need to ask our Italian artists to kindly make it especially for you).
